Day 11
The chicks are growing so fast. They’ve all more than doubled their weight since they arrived. They grew too big for the brooder (container) they were in, so we made a new one.
Here they are on their new perch:
Literally every time we see them, their feathers have grown more. They are a lot more coordinated with their flying now. Little Jerry Seinfeld (far left) is still the most friendly, but they are all getting used to being handled. Even the Polish will stand on our hands now.
